Individual Alora Ambiance spray vial samples can be purchased for $5 each. We will include the message on a card that will be shipped with your order.
If you are sending an Alora Ambiance product as a gift, you can check the “Is this a gift?” box at check out and enter a short message for the recipient. Please do not send products back via US Mail as they do not ship hazardous materials. Shipping costs are not refunded unless the return is due to an Alora Ambiance error. Once we receive the returned merchandise, we will credit the original credit card used for the purchase. The next step is to send us the unopened and unused merchandise along with your Return Authorization Number and a copy of the order confirmation or invoice. Once we approve your request, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number. If you need to return merchandise, please call us at 80 or email us at and explain what items you would like to return. WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON USED OR OPENED ITEMS, NO EXCEPTION. Returns for credit (minus shipping costs) are accepted within 15 days of purchase.
If your order arrives broken or damaged, please contact us immediately, and we will send replacements or issue a credit. You will receive an email 3 days before your auto-replenish order ships, at which time you may edit your order. We are unable to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, Mexico, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands. Alora Ambiance products are considered hazardous goods, therefore air shipments are not possible. Orders with just individual vial samples ship for free. We offer free shipping on all orders $200+ after any discounts are applied. All orders under $200 ship for $10.
